VBS 2009

This summer, our children will experience the most breathtaking climb they’ll ever experience, with views they’ll never forget!  In Upward Bound, they’ll follow Jesus’ rugged and radical journey to the mountaintops of God’s Kingdom to secure our salvation.

As Backpackers, our children will join an Expedition and rope together with others to climb to the summit.  Mapping their route through daily Bible lessons, they’ll stretch along the entire trail for them to follow.  Their footing will become more secure and their stamina increased as they hide God’s Word in their hearts and practice serving others.  Their excitement in the climb will grow each day as they learn that Jesus has already done the hard work to clear the way to the summit.

With Angels, Geckos, and a host of costumed biblical characters leading the way around each bend in the trail, our young hikers will discover the glory of God in Christ, and be challenged to make their own upward bound journey through faith in Him.
