Revealing the Mystery of God
Delivered 8/2/2009 on Ephesians 3:1-13 by Carter Sanger
Everyone loves a good mystery. We want to know whodunit. When Paul writes to the Ephesians he speaks of a mystery. He answers the “who” of whodunit in chapter 1 and 2. In chapter 3 he answers what the “who” is doing. He’s creating a new society which Paul calls the church. It is the church, when acting as the church, that reveals the mystery of God to the world.
