It was recently announced that 140 Christian leaders signed the Manhattan Declaration reaffirming fundamental truths about justice and the common good, and to call upon fellow citizens, believers and non-believers alike, to join us in defending them. These truths are:

1. the sanctity of human life
2. the dignity of marriage as the conjugal union of husband and wife
3. the rights of conscience and religious liberty.

The document was crafted by Chuck Colson, Robert George and Timothy George. Two of these men will be interviewed by James Dobson on his radio program, Focus on the Family, on Monday, 11/23 (you can also listen here). Some of the original signers include:
