The Bible calls for Every-Member ministry.
Grace helps us to appreciate our gifts and talents, but also accept our God-given limits. That leads us to appreciate our need for others in the community (1 Corinthians 12). And it means that every member is necessary. Only when the entire community is appreciated and employed in serving will we grow into the body of Christ (Ephesians 4).

But on sturdy ground Wesley stood and his love drove him to jump into the lightning sand to rescue Buttercup. The difference between his and her plunge was the vine to which he held fast. Using this [...]

The mission is to prevail against the gates of hell. This is Jesus’ own description of the church in his first use of the word. He explains to [...]

Would-be heroes have rallied the oppressed people and challenged the strong man, but each has fallen, dragged through the gates and lost forever. All the people were [...]

1. We could use someone willing to get his/her hands dirty and de-weed our flowerbeds! This is a few [...]
Read more →Tasting has great power. To taste is to remember. To remember is not just to recall events, but to remember is to enter into…to re-participate in our stories. Thats taste. Music has the same kind of power as taste. Music captures our senses. Singing a familiar song helps us to remember..to remember is not just [...]
