The Bible calls for Every-Member ministry.
Grace helps us to appreciate our gifts and talents, but also accept our God-given limits. That leads us to appreciate our need for others in the community (1 Corinthians 12). And it means that every member is necessary. Only when the entire community is appreciated and employed in serving will we grow into the body of Christ (Ephesians 4).

Would-be heroes have rallied the oppressed people and challenged the strong man, but each has fallen, dragged through the gates and lost forever. All the people were oppressed and lived in fear of this strong man until one day the good king beyond the sea sent his mightiest warrior to challenge him. This warrior gave the people hope for a time because he was said to be the King’s own son. Surely the king wouldn’t send his son if he thought he might fall. As the people hoped, the warrior challenged the strong man outside the gate. The gates were opened and the strong man drug the warrior inside. When the gates slammed shut and the echoes of their clamoring died down, so did the hope of the people. All was lost. What they couldn’t see, however, was the fight going on inside. Three days of fierce fighting and the gates were wrenched open, the strong man bound up, and the warrior walked out victorious…
