The Bible calls for Every-Member ministry.
Grace helps us to appreciate our gifts and talents, but also accept our God-given limits. That leads us to appreciate our need for others in the community (1 Corinthians 12). And it means that every member is necessary. Only when the entire community is appreciated and employed in serving will we grow into the body of Christ (Ephesians 4).

Cornerstone’s ministry is shaped and carried out by every member of our church family serving in life and through ministry teams. From small groups to weekly worship services to the daily care being given to friends and neighbors in need, our church runs on the efforts of all of us.
This generous use of time and energy is more than just “volunteer work.” It is a natural response to God’s generosity and an essential hallmark of the Christian faith: Jesus gave freely of his time, energy and resources in order to welcome people into renewed relationships with God and with one another. The various teams that carry out ministry provide opportunities to understand those renewed relationships more deeply by welcoming others into them, as well.
All members and attendees are encouraged to take part in one of our ministry teams. We want to help you in that by taking you through a spiritual gift assessment that will reveal your God-given gifts, passions, and tendencies. In the meantime, you can browse specific opportunities according to category below to find one that best suits your talents and interests.
