The Bible calls for Every-Member ministry.
Grace helps us to appreciate our gifts and talents, but also accept our God-given limits. That leads us to appreciate our need for others in the community (1 Corinthians 12). And it means that every member is necessary. Only when the entire community is appreciated and employed in serving will we grow into the body of Christ (Ephesians 4).

Spiritual Gift Assessment
Every member is a minister. Our pastors and officers are called to “equip you for the work of ministry.” That means that every part of the body of Christ is necessary and unique in his/her role. We want to help you figure out what that role is by evaluating you on a variety of fronts that include your past experiences, talents, tendencies, and passions. It is an intense process that involves you and those that know you.
As members go through this process, the goal is to find them a place to serve that fits the way God has designed them and serves the mission of Christ.
To get started, contact Carol Kutzer, 281-579-1080, in the church office who can set you up with one of our trained assessors.

I am confused. I thought the group was focusing only on new people.
Their target is new members, then people not yet involved, and then everyone else. So we hope to assess everyone. Scheduling doesn’t always allow this order to be followed, so call and let Carol know you’re interested and she can connect you with the coordinator.
